I am Ekaterina—founder of MindCare, qualified Wellbeing Coach (UCC Level 9), Mindfulness Expert, Poet and accredited member of the International Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis at the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna. I bring over 15 years of experience in wellbeing, mindfulness, and creative expression.
At MindCare we design unique, personalized, transformational Coaching & Mindfulness Programs which help cultivate essential human skills, foster collaboration and innovative thinking, and prevent workplace burnout.

I bring 8 years of corporate experience across Accenture and Google, where I developed and facilitated wellbeing and mindfulness initiatives to support the employees’ wellbeing, and more than 15 years of my own practical experience in wellbeing and mindfulness.
In my work, I also use poetry as a way of creative expression for the teams. This brings an element of fun curiosity and team connection.
