I am Ekaterina—founder of MindCare, qualified Wellbeing Coach (UCC Level 9), Logotherapist, and accredited member of the International Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis at the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna. I bring over 15 years of experience in wellbeing, mindfulness, and creative expression.

Logotherapy is a supplementary form of psychotherapy centered on Viktor Frankl’s philosophy of ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’, focused on finding meaning and purpose in any life circumstances.

Having studied Logotherapy at the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland, after years of practice and work, I have become an accredited member of the International Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis at the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna. Logotherapy principles deeply shaped my own perspective and life values.
