I would like to invite you to our open talk on Qi Gong health benefits happening this Thursday on November 25 at 11am GMT.
We are going to talk about the ancient Chinese energy practice and gentle breathing movements – Qi Gong. “Qi Gong is a way of being. Being soft, yet strong. Qi Gong is a way of standing. Alert, yet relaxed”. Qi Gong is viewed as practice to cultivate “life energy” called Qi energy.
Some of you have been practicing meditation, yoga, Qi Gong and any other breathing balancing techniques, for some of you it might be something new.
It will be invaluable to share, connect and discuss such relevant topics as: ‘Breathing balancing techniques you find beneficial for yourself’, ‘The health benefit of meditation and Qi Gong’, ‘What is Qi Gong?’, ‘Most common Qi Gong movements’.
In the end we will be doing Qi Gong 15min breathing practice.
