Our Story & Mindfulness Programs

Hello,

Welcome to Mindfulness with MindCare.

I am Ekaterina, a founder of MindCare, a certified Mindfulness Teacher (UK College of Mindfulness Meditation), a qualified Personal and Business Coach (UCC Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma) and Logotherapist (Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland). 

Since 2023 I have been a member and a certified Instructor of the Ireland Health Qigong Association and International Tai Chi & Qigong Federation (ITQF).

I have been practicing mindfulness for the past 13 years, and have learnt by highly experienced mindfulness experts like Jon K. Zinn, Prof. Shauna Shapiro, Prof. Mark Williams, Nick Cooke. In April 2026 I spent some time in the north of India in Himalayas, Dharamsala where Dalai Lama lives. I had a privilege to see Dalai Lama in-person, and this was one of the most profound experiences in my life. 

I noticed that the people living in Himalayas were present with whatever they were doing. Living in nature, they connect to their source, their true self naturally. When we live in a more hectic busy world in big cities, we need to learn to reconnect with ourselves. Time in nature helps a lot. I love time nature. It is so healing, so nourishing and revitalising. 

Mindfulness has proven to be a highly valuable, complimentary support to mental health and wellbeing. Studies have shown that practicing mindfulness positively affects the brain patterns underlying day-to-day anxiety, stress, depression and irritability.

Another benefit of mindfulness is that mindfulness helps improve memory, concentration, motivation and helps enhance creativity.

Being also a poet and a jewellery designer, I can say that all kind of art is a beautiful mindfulness practice. This allows to connect to yourself doing something that you enjoy, something that you love. 

Practicing mindfulness also helps create space for discovering a new perspective and a new way of dealing with situation. When practicing mindfulness, you become more aware that you always have a choice how to respond. I use mindfulness in coaching as a wonderful tool for growing self-awareness and presence. 

I offer mindfulness 1/1 sessions and mindfulness group sessions.

I adapt each session making it personalised and tailored to your individual needs.

I include meditations, breathwork, qigong, poetry and sound healing in my sessions. 

Also, I provide mindfulness programs and workshops for organisations to improve employees’ health and wellbeing.

And finally, I recently started teaching mindfulness for kids in public organisations. I offer 4-week mindfulness for kids program.
