To open your eyes

And wake up,

Because your whole body,

Your whole heart,

Your whole soul

Are shaking

From piercing pain,

As if your heart has been knocked down

By somebody

You loved

So much.

Sometimes you may feel as if

Being afraid of starting again,

Of getting up,

Stepping into a new path,

A new direction,

A new life,

And making a choice

Of change,

Making a choice

Of strength,

That will raise you up

Above your pain,

That will bring you back

To your power,

That will bring you back

To yourself,

To your miraculous,

Magnificent,

Mysterious,

Incomparable

True self.

And one day you feel as if

There is something new

In your heart

That you have never felt before,

There is something new,

Some movement,

Some dance,

Some flow

In your heart

That is giving you

Some grace,

Which is giving you

Some lightness,

That is giving you

Some light,

And love,

And hope.

And when sometimes you may feel as if

Having no energy,

No hope,

No power,

Remembering the dance of your heart

Will give you the power

To move on.
