There is no Need to be Perfect
There is no need to be perfect,
You are already wonderful as you are. Your eyes, your voice, your smile.
All is unique and wonderful in you, every single touch.
You are already charming, the way you talk, the way you look, the way you sound.
You are unique, as no one else can talk, look, sound and laugh like you.
There is no need to be perfect.
There is no need to prove and show that you are right, as you know this deeply.
It is no use judging yourself, blaming and criticising, as it will simply not help.
It is no use throwing all the heavy storms into your heart, thinking that you are not good.
Please stop it. Stop blaming yourself. Stop judging. Stop frowning into your own reflection.
There is no need to be perfect.
It can be a terribly rainy day, with a violent forceful wind blowing you down.
It may be a sudden storm in the mountains, a roaring blizzard or even a huge avalanche.
It might feel like a sandstorm in the desert, with mounting dusty wind into your face.
And all these storms, blizzards and avalanches are coming and leaving. They never stay.
There is no need to be perfect.
Have you ever seen a perfect sky with no clouds or a perfect sea with no waves?
Yes, I did. And this perfection of nature lasted a while and was beautiful. It was ideal.
But after a minute there was a wave arising in the horizon, changing the calming flow.
After a while there were countless ships of clouds covering the tranquil sky.
