What are your daily rituals? How do you start and finish your day?
“Rituals are the formulas by which harmony is restored” – our daily rituals are any activity that makes us feel in peace with ourselves, either it is a morning stretching or a walk, reading news or having a cup of coffee. It is something that helps us rebalance ourselves, reconnect and recharge.
Rituals have always been a vital part of our life process and a powerful method of re-aligning ourselves with the cycles of nature.
“The key is in not spending time, but in investing it” – investment in ourselves through little things can be the biggest investment in the long run.
