I would like to invite you to our breathing meditation in motion – Qi Gong practice.
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of energy medicine consisting of slow gentle movements and meditation.
It is traditionally used for healing, maintaining inner balance, inner peace and strengthening the immune system. With roots in the Chinese martial arts and Chinese medicine, Qi Gong is viewed as practice to cultivate Qi, “life energy”.
I have been practicing Qi Gong for 2 years and seeing incredible benefits of the gentle breathing movements.
