I am Ekaterina, a founder of MindCare, a qualified Personal and Business Coach (UCC Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma), a certified Mindfulness Teacher (UK College of Mindfulness Meditation) and Logotherapist (Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland).
Since 2023 I have been a member and a certified Instructor of the Ireland Health Qigong Association and International Tai Chi & Qigong Federation (ITQF). I am also a published poet and a jewellery designer.
I have been practicing mindfulness for the past 13 years, and have learnt by highly experienced mindfulness experts like Jon K. Zinn, Prof. Shauna Shapiro, Prof. Mark Williams, Nick Cooke. In April 2026 I spent some time in the north of India in Himalayas, Dharamsala where Dalai Lama lives. I had a privilege to see Dalai Lama in-person, and this was one of the most profound experiences in my life.
I noticed that the people living in Himalayas were present with whatever they were doing. Living in nature, they connect to their source, their true self naturally. When we live in a more hectic busy world in big cities, we need to learn to reconnect with ourselves. Time in nature helps a lot. I love time nature. It is so healing, so nourishing and revitalising.
Throughout the past few years I have been organising multiple wellbeing sessions and workshops in corporate organisations like Accenture and Google, and was working in wellbeing centres. Each new step laid a foundation for the depth, breadth and expansion of the work I am providing now.
My methodology is unique because I combine traditional health & wellness coaching with mindfulness and creative practices, using strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Coaching, Mindfulness and Logotherapy.
Being a poet and an artist, I also use poetry in my work. Poetry has shown to be a unique, invaluable tool for tuning into your feelings in a gentle, subtle and compassionate way.
