I feel connection to the whole world,

And when closing the eyes

I feel as if there is a big world inside me,

The world that has the space

To grow,

To flourish

And expand

In many different directions

Embracing life fully

With all its experiences,

Wounds and tears,

Pain and disappointment,

Fears and concerns,

And letting this all be,

Be here as it is.

I feel connection to the whole world,

As if my tears

Are the tears of the whole world,

As if my tears

Are purifying my heart, my soul,

My inner self

And purifying the outer world,

People’s lives,

People’s hearts,

Purifying everything inside,

Opening and healing the wounds,

Bringing health

To everything

That is breathing,

Everything that is living.
